Reven platform — profile, payments, team and shared settings
The Reven dashboard is contextual: its menu depends on the active products, selected business and permissions of the signed-in user. A user with access to multiple businesses can switch context; before every financial operation, they should check the name of the current business.

Business profile
The profile defines the business's public details, the slug used in links, content, contact details, region, currency, language and brand assets. Changing the slug can invalidate previously published links, so it requires a redirect plan or an update to all materials.
Payments
Settings → Payments shows providers compatible with the platform's currency and configuration. Integrations present in the code include Stripe, Monobank, eService and Viva Wallet, but production status, payment methods and settlement model must be confirmed for each business. “Connected” does not always mean “ready to accept payments”; the complete onboarding status and ability to receive payouts and charges matter.
Notifications
The notifications dashboard shows delivery status and message history for supported products. Reminder rules should comply with the business's consents and terms. A missing email does not automatically mean there is no transaction — check the product status and sending status separately.
Privacy
Privacy settings cover public policy and terms pages, the retention period and customer data requests. The default retention shown in the dashboard is 24 months, but the customer should choose the correct period according to its legal obligations. Data deletion or export requires identity and scope verification.
Team and permissions
The owner invites team members and assigns roles. System roles are owner, manager, staff and redeemer; the owner can also use roles configured for the business. The operating principle is to grant the minimum access required for the work and regularly remove access for people who no longer work with the business.
Billing and transactions
Transactions is the record of product payments, fees and refunds. Settings → Billing shows the plan, platform fees and commissions available to an authorised user. Product amount, payment-provider fee and Reven fee are different values and must not be used interchangeably in a customer response.
Reporting a problem
The Feedback item lets a user report a problem with the context of the current screen. To receive help faster, include the business, module, time with timezone, record identifier, expected result and actual result — without passwords, tokens or full payment-card details.
