Recommended set
- Booking — services, durations, prices, specialists, schedules and public booking.
- Deposits — fixed, percentage-based or custom prepayment and a cancellation policy.
- Waitlist — collection of alternative dates when the schedule is full.
- Vouchers — an amount, specific service, bundle or gift experience.
- Loyalty and coupons — points/stamps, rewards and campaigns for a first or repeat treatment.
Configuration order
First add services, durations, prices and optional deposits in Booking. Then add specialists, assign services to them and set their schedules. Define the booking horizon, slot interval and cancellation window. Check whether phone, email or both are required.
If deposits work independently of Booking, configure the service list and amount rule in the Deposits module. The policy shown before payment should match the salon's actual procedure. Waitlist should use the same service names and operating hours so staff do not need to interpret requests manually.
Describe vouchers for a specific service unambiguously: treatment scope, duration, restrictions, sale price and regular value. A change to the current service price should not be treated as an automatic change to a previously sold voucher without checking the offer terms.
Details are available in Booking, Deposits, Waitlist and Vouchers.
