This glossary explains the names of modules, statuses and operations used in the Reven dashboard, implementation materials and support conversations.
| Term | Meaning |

| Business | a separate customer context with its own products, users, currency and data |
| Slug | the public business identifier used in URLs |
| Product / module | an activated part of the platform, such as Vouchers or Booking |
| Amount voucher | a voucher with a monetary balance that can be redeemed according to its mode |
| Offer voucher | entitlement to a described service, product, bundle or experience |
| Offer snapshot | the terms/offer recorded at the time of purchase; it preserves the meaning of a historical sale |
| Redemption | use of all or part of a voucher, coupon or reward |
| Deposit | a prepayment associated with a service or reservation |
| Waitlist | a waiting list; a request is not a confirmed booking |
| Booking | a confirmed appointment for a service, specialist and time |
| Loyalty | an ongoing points or stamps programme |
| Coupon | a limited campaign with a specific benefit and limits |
| Ordering | public restaurant ordering |
| KDS | Kitchen Display System — the operational screen for order preparation |
| Kiosk | a guest self-service screen connected to devices through a local agent |
| POS | a staff workstation for counter, telephone or manual orders |
| Tender | one part of an order settlement, such as card, voucher or external payment |
| Idempotency key | a stable key that prevents a retried operation from being performed twice |
| Webhook | a signed provider message about an event, such as payment confirmation |
| Fulfilment | creation and delivery of the purchased product after payment confirmation |
| Reversal | reversal of a payment, usually when the remaining flow cannot be completed safely |
| Refund | return of funds after an existing payment |
| Wallet | a digital card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet; availability depends on product and configuration |
| Role / permission | the set of actions a signed-in person can perform |
