Privacy policy

This policy applies to Demo Restauracja ("we", "us"). We use the Reven platform to manage online sales of gift cards, booking deposits, and waitlist requests on our behalf.

When you purchase a gift card, pay a deposit, or join our waitlist, we collect your name and contact details, requested service or product details, payment information handled by our payment provider, and your consent timestamp/IP address. We collect this data solely to fulfil your request.

We process your data on the basis of contract performance and your explicit consent, which you give by ticking the consent checkbox before submitting any form.

We share data with Reven for platform hosting, Stripe or Viva Wallet for payment processing, and Resend for transactional email delivery. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to manage your booking or gift card, and for up to 5 years thereafter as required by applicable financial record-keeping law.

Under GDPR you can access your data, request correction or deletion where legally possible, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

The controller of end-customer personal data is Demo Restauracja Sp. z o.o.. Reven / LoyaltyPlant Polska sp. z o.o. provides the platform technology and normally processes data on the seller’s instructions.
